The prices of our products, as listed on pentagondecorators.com, represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for each item. This MRP includes all applicable local taxes within India. Depending on the destination of the order, additional taxes may apply. Doorstep Delivery Policy
Our delivery policy ensures that you can receive your order at the address of your choice.
- Free Delivery within India: All orders shipped within India are delivered free of charge.
- International Delivery: Orders shipped outside India are subject to additional charges. Please refer to our International Shipping guidelines for more information.
Delivery Timeframes:

Return & Exchange Policy
Pentagon Decorators is committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to deliver them with the utmost care. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if you receive an incorrect product (i.e., the product does not match your order confirmation) or if there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are happy to either replace the item or issue a credit note for the full value.
To initiate a return or exchange, or to report any damage during transit, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a photo of the incorrect or defective product.

No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
- The package is refused by the recipient.
